value and understand the importance of your privacy with us. This Personal Data
Protection (PDP) Policy sets out how JH Metaphysics Consultancy Group
(referred to herein as the Company) comply with the provisions of the Personal
Data Protection Act of Singapore (“PDPA”).

your Personal Data. By providing your Personal Information to us, you are consenting
to this PDP practice by our Company and the collection, use, access, transfer,

time to time, we may receive Personal Information about you from third party
sources including partners with which we collaborate with in joint marketing
activities, billing providers and publicly available sources such as social

telephone (call or SMS-Text), social medial platforms, to inform you about our
services and up coming events that we think may be of interest to you. You
can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive marketing

and we will remove your details from our direct marketing database.

to Third Parties

Your
personal data may be transferred, assessed or disclosed to third parties to
perform some functions on behalf of the company.  Some of the third parties, not limiting to are
event management companies, Professional videographer/photographer, Credit Card
verification providers, Government authorities to comply with statutory
requirements, marketing firms.
